
Hi there !!
It's been ages that i always wanted to have such an ideal body like those model show in TV.Surprisingly, i manage to loss quite a lot of pounds since ive decided to seriously watch my weight . I also did a lot of research on what is the best way to lose weight and can start dreaming of a dream come true !!
So, a little bit about my background...
When i was in college, i was quite active in sports. I took part in track sports as well as in competitive squash. After i have started working, it seems hard for me to play sports and to do all the necessary exercises to maintain my weight.
Then, my weight started to raise like a volcano... and i also couldn't help myself from eating too much. Well, sports player always eat too much if you had noticed. But of course they never gain any weight when they are still active. Since im not a sport player anymore, i started to feel worry and here i am wanted to share you with all the information i get so that we can have our dream weight together!
Also, ive recommended some product which seem useful to help us to achieve our dream.
