Diet that never work!

  • Low Calorie Diets: If you believe that by eating too much will makes you fat. Think Again! Do overweight people really eat more ? If, in fact thinner people eat as much or more than overweight people, the number of calories can’t be the true cause of the growing obesity epidemic. Moreover, it is also has been proven that those who follow the low calorie diets will have a slow metabolism rates and that they will be more likely to regain weight if their daily intake is more than 2100 calories. Furthermore, it will also cause them to gain an average of 8 more pounds, making them heavier than they were before their diet.
    • Low Fat Diets: Just because a food is labeled “low fat” or “fat free” doesn’t mean it’s low calorie or calorie free. Often low-fat products have added ingredients such as flour or sugar to help improve taste and texture. These added ingredients are low in nutritional value and often higher in calories.
    • High Protein Diets: You may lose weight in the short run, but you are actually putting your cardiovascular health in jeopardy in the long run. Why? Because animal proteins are loaded with cholesterol and saturated fat and hence, can cause high level of cholesterol in the blood clog arteries which could cause heart disease such as heart attack and stroke. Not only that, this kind of diet could also cause osteoporosis due to the fact that high level of protein leached calcium from the born. Also, high protein diet could also cause kidney disease because high amount of protein raises the level of uric acid and urea in the blood. These are toxic which could damage the kidney.
      • Diet Pills: Do not let those company that selling their diet pills get richer everyday just because their word sound so convincing to you. They will telling you with a misleading fact so that their pocket will always fulls with your million dollar cash. Trust me! any diet pills have its own side effects and not a single one of it worth trying. Try and make some research (i.e google) and you will found out that none of the pills are clear with side effects.

        So, why wasting money or risking your own health by doing any of the plans above that sound so convincing in reducing your weight but jeopardizing your own health?Instead, you should use something that is safe and effective fat loss.
